The invitation No.1

Standing invitation No.1
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficient, the Merciful
"Know that God will bring you to account for the beauty of teaching people who are in your hands and who are under your supervision."

The world today has been called the world of technology and communications and we live in an age of the new media such as Internet and satellite which bombard mankind with information all the time. It is an age that the time required for transferring informationand news has been reduced to a few moments and the global village is a dream come true. Exploitation of this tool by evil powers for fighting against mankind's faith and spirituality is what draws attention to itself more than anything else. Spreading old doubts with new color and luster, concocting new satanic temptations, screening them through signals of mass media, and using the tool which is supposed to bring about moral and scientific development to mankind, to poison man's mind with sin, corruption and temptation, are the utilization of these human modern phenomena by the evil-minded. Young people are exposed to damage more than others in this whirlpool of awe and horrifying abyss, it is not certain how much their sapling of belief could survive these formidable deluges of satanic suggestion, doubts, obscenity and sins. The believers and pious people have been forming religious gatherings and ceremonies in towns and villages in order for them to teach religious beliefs and thoughts, and to transmit true religious beliefs to future generations. The elite of Islamic society also have formed religious houses and institutions in addition to traditional communities many moons ago when they sensed danger of anti-religious culture and crowding of atheistic theories. Such institutions provided religious teachings regularly and on schedule by attracting adolescents and children to themselves. In the city of Tabriz, among other institutions, there were meetings whichwere arranged by His eminence Grand Ayatollah Haaj Sheikh Yadollah Duzduzani and more than one thousand children and adolescents acquainted themselves with knowledge and insight over there. At those meetings which have been held in an innovative approach in those days, children with at least seven years old have been accepted and they were learning about religious and social matters in accordance with their age and knowledge. By providing services which were interesting for those day's children and adolescents, the meeting tried to attract and nourish them. Similar meetings were held under the supervision of some elders in the holy city of Mashhad which were referred to as Kanoon, and in Tehran city which were called The Society of Islamic Teachings. Unfortunately, these meetings, following the great Islamic revolution, faded away and disappeared. Most of families devolved the education of their own children to officialdom such as schools and the media, and their sensitivity to parenting their own children decreased and they took no notice of this important issue at all. Following revolution and formation of Islamic government, all of people needed to be sensitized to religious teachings and enhancing religious culture by valuing islamization of popular culture's authorities in the window of that rear opportunity, but it didn't happen. Our carelessness (families) as well as intensification of the onslaught of the enemy(who sense danger from Islamic popular movement),in addition to some mistakes and inexpertly adopting incorrect approaches in some headquarters resulted in the society that we nowadays, a quarter century after the revolution, see. Today, if Quranic meetings are held, and if people attend these meetings, it is out of their ardent desire for memorizing and singing Quran, and if a religious group is formed in the name of immaculate Imams and his holiness lord of the martyrs (peace be upon them), it is used for panegyric and eulogy; this could be good - within limits, however this isn’t all that matters. In Ziaarat Varith we address the lord of the martyrs (peace be upon him) and say "I swear that I would say the prayer, dispense Zakat, enjoin the Ma'ruf and forbid the Munkar". It turns out that Imam's (peace be upon him) main purpose in accepting the tragedy and martyrdom was organization of God's religion and execution of the holy canon's commands through enjoining the Ma'ruf and forbidding the Munkar. Nowadays the culture of Islamic society goes beyond the bounds of caution. Present and future generations have lost faith as well. It badly needs a joint effort by the people for protecting religious values and restoring religious faith. The lack of a popular movement, not to mention in a good order relying upon knowledge of the progeny of Muhammad (peace be upon them) under the supervision of Marjaiiat within the society is sensed. Thus the office of Grand Ayatollah Duzduzani invites everyone who is enlightened and educated and who feels sympathy for the religion in any position and uniform to cooperate.Formation of religious groups and holding religious teaching meetings for education (disengaged from superstition and heresies) of new generation in various lands, regions and towns, and face-to-face religious teaching to adolescents and the young by attracting them to this kind of meetings are the first steps in assisting the religion of God that could be taken by every compassionate person and it is reckoned as Jihad-fi-Sebil-elllah itself. This office will exploit all of its ability as far as possible to assist these kinds of activities and it is ready to provide services such as deliberation, dispatching experienced missionaries, sending suitable books relating to religious beliefs and financial supports. Hence we invite elites, thinkers, missionaries and authors as well as beneficent believers and everyone who would like to help in this cause to cooperation.
